Mashable has a section called Mashcodes which provides the latest widgets, generators, graphics, and layouts to pimp out your MySpace, Xanga, or Piczo pages. One of my favorites on this site are the postings by Sean Aune which gives lists of tools that are handy for various personal productivity needs such as online storage, wordpress admin, and Firefox add-ons for security & privacy to list just a few.
